Modus Flows provides the technology infrastructure but does not control the specific content, timing, or recipients of messages sent by users of the Services.

2. No Legal or Compliance Advice

Modus Flows does not provide legal advice regarding messaging, privacy, or regulatory compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Services are solely responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending messages or making automated calls
Complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws
Following wireless carrier and messaging platform requirements
Honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
Ensuring accuracy and legality of all communication content

Use of the Services for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or unauthorized messaging is strictly prohibited.

4. Messaging & Communication Compliance

If you use SMS, voice, or automated messaging features, you agree to:

Use these tools only for lawful, consent-based communication
Maintain records of user consent where required
Immediately cease messaging recipients who opt out

5. SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, contact forms, or other communication methods, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages, phone calls, and notifications from Modus Flows at the number you provide. These messages may include service communications, appointment confirmations, account or system notifications, responses to inquiries, and other operational or informational messages related to our services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
